Processing and Shipping

We're currently in the beta stages of adopting a new sustainable production and manufacturing approach. We try really hard to make sure our products are good for you, and good for our planet, which is why we've decided to move toward "on demand manufacturing". This means that as you order, your product will be made for you! Previously when ordering, we had the items available in our warehouse, and while we still have some of our core items in stock, we will be utilizing this method moving forward.

This process allows for zero to no waste, lowers our carbon footprint, and eliminates the possibility of you not getting the items you want.

While it is a lengthier process, we know you will be completely thrilled and satisfied with your product, and it is 100% worth the wait! 

Our average processing time is currently 4 to 6 weeks.

Once an order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via the email address provided.

Your package will be delivered via the mail carrier and method chosen at checkout.

If your item is delayed or missing, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help you resolve the situation.
